Your first box arrives in a reusable insulated tote, delivered by our own drivers in a refrigerated truck. Here's what to know.
- Your delivery window is 6 AM to 8 PM on your designated day. (Co-ops and Offices: We do our best to deliver between 9 AM - 5 PM)
- You don't need to be home. Just tell us where to leave your box during signup.
- Open your tote and refrigerate your items as soon as you can.
- You'll find a mix of seasonal items based on your box type. Remember to customize your box any time before your ordering window closes, 11:59 two days before your delivery day!
