Your first box arrives in a reusable insulated tote with foil liners and ice packs, delivered by our own drivers in a refrigerated truck. Here's what to know.
- Your delivery window is 6 AM to 8 PM on your designated day. For co-ops and offices, we do our best to deliver between 9 AM and 5 PM.
- You don't need to be home. Just tell us where to leave your box during signup.
- Open your tote and refrigerate your items as soon as you can.
- You'll find a mix of seasonal items based on your box type. Remember to customize your box any time before your ordering window closes at 11:59 two days before your delivery day.
