Customizing lets you control exactly what shows up at your door. You can swap out items you don’t want, add extras, and adjust quantities, right up until your order window closes. Your changes auto-save. If you don’t customize, you’ll receive the default selection for your box type and size, so we recommend checking in each week, so your box always matches what your household will actually eat.
Your order window closes at 11:59 PM two days before your delivery day:

If you have a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery, your produce box opens for customizing on Tuesday at 2 PM once we've confirmed the week's harvest with our farmers.*
