Heading out of town or just don't need a box this week? You can skip any upcoming order before your ordering window closes at 11:59 PM two days before your delivery.
There are two easy ways to skip. From the shop, open your cart using the green box in the top right corner, scroll to the bottom or tap the arrow, and click Skip. Or hover over the person icon in the top right corner, click Manage Orders, find the week under Scheduled Deliveries, and select the pause icon next to it to skip that week.
If you'd rather your box do some good while you're away, choose Donate instead, and the value of your basket goes to our Share the Harvest market.
The order for the week you skip won't be delivered or charged, and your next order after that arrives on schedule. If you change your mind before your window closes, you can restore a skipped order anytime from Manage Orders or your cart.
