Question: Where do I find my co-op pickup details?
Answer: Hover over the account icon in the top right corner, then click My Details. Your co-op address and pickup instructions are under Delivery Details.
Question: What are the co-op drop-off hours?
Answer: Your co-op order will arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM on your designated delivery day. You will receive a text and an email when your order has arrived. Please do not show up to the co-op before you receive confirmation.
Question: What are the co-op pickup hours?
Answer: Pickup hours depend on your co-op. Some, like Living Well, have a set window (1 PM to 6 PM). Others don't have set hours since they're residential co-ops, so we just ask that you pick up the same day and avoid showing up too late.
Question: How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Answer: You'll get a text and an email as soon as your basket arrives at the co-op. The email includes your pickup address and instructions.
Question: Will my produce stay fresh at the co-op all day?
Answer: Yes. Every basket is packed with ice packs and insulation to keep it fresh from drop-off until you pick it up.
Question: Can I leave my empty boxes at the co-op?
Answer: Yes. Please leave your empty boxes at the co-op. Our driver picks them up during your next delivery. Some customers bring reusable bags to carry their groceries home instead. Whatever works best for you!
